Bike Laugh Heal
A stand up comedy/bicycle cross country tour to raise money and awareness for domestic abuse victims and shelters!
The Problem
2/3 of all domestic abuse shelters are on the verge of closing due to lack of funding, we are here to curb those closings
The Solution
Every comedy show and private donation goes right back to the shelters and survivors. We have raised $236,000 and have a goal of $1million
Planned Use Of Funds
We will be using half of the funds raised to keep shelters open, the other half will be used for an advocacy center to prevent abuse. This is an estimated $5.8 billion dollar problem so we must teach how to end violence before it begins to stop the cycle.
